Adding reward points for an order automatically

  1. In the administration panel, go to Add-ons > Manage add-ons and enable the Reward points add-on.
  2. In the administration panel, go to Marketing > Reward points.
  3. Enter the number of reward points for the desired user group in the Amount column and select the amount type next to it.
    NOTE: If Percent (%) is selected in the Amount type option, the number of points received by a customer is calculatedĀ  depending on the product prices (not on the total order cost). If Absolute (points) is selected in the Amount type option, the specified number of points will be added to a customer account regardless the purchased products cost.
  4. Click the Save button.



    NOTE: The reward points will be added to the customer account when the order has the Completed status.
