How to use the Quickbooks add-on

This add-on integrates your store with the Quickbooks accounting software.

To get the file with orders, that can be exported to the Quickbooks software:

  1. In the administration panel go to Add-ons > Manage add-ons.
  2. Find the Quickbooks add-on and click the Install button (if it is not installed yet).
  3. Click the appeared gear button and choose Settings from the drop-down list.
  4. Change the information in the given fields if needed and click the Save button.
  5. Go to Orders > View orders and activate checkboxes near the orders, that you want to include in the export file.
  6. Click the gear button in the right upper part of the page and choose Export to Quickbooks from the drop-down list.
  7. Save the file.
