Creating a gift certificate in the administration panel

  1. In the administration panel, go to Marketing > Gift certificates.
  2. Click the + button on the left to add a certificate.
  3. Enter the name for whom a gift certificate is created in the To input field.
  4. Enter the name from whom a gift certificate will be received in the From input field.
  5. Set up an amount for which this gift certificate will be available.
  6. Select the desired method of sending, i.e. select the Send via email option or the Send via postal mail option and fill out their mandatory fields.
  7. There is an ability to assign products which will be free for an owner of this gift certificate using the Add products button in the Free products section.
  8. Click the Create and close button.
