- In the administration panel, go to Marketing > Gift certificates.
- Click the + button on the left to add a certificate.
- Enter the name for whom a gift certificate is created in the To input field.
- Enter the name from whom a gift certificate will be received in the From input field.
- Set up an amount for which this gift certificate will be available.
- Select the desired method of sending, i.e. select the Send via email option or the Send via postal mail option and fill out their mandatory fields.
- There is an ability to assign products which will be free for an owner of this gift certificate using the Add products button in the Free products section.
- Click the Create and close button.
