You can upload files using the File editor. In order to add a link you can use the built-in HTML editor. If you want to add a file to a product we recommend you to use the Attachments add-on. Please find the instructions here: http://docs.cs-cart.com/4.3.x/user_guide/addons/attachments/index.html
