Not getting notifactions
For some reason I have stopped getting any notification about sales from my website as well as any emails from the contact use link. Any ideals why?
Unfortunately, we failed to reproduce the issue in your store. We temporary replaced the Contact us form email to ours, send a message and received it (please have a look at the screenshot attached). Please check the Spam folder of your email account. As regards orders, we see that the latest order #1238 has the Open status. However, the Notify orders department check box is not enabled for this status (please have a look at the screenshot attached). Activate it if you want to receive email confirmations for this status.
