Customising auto generated emails

Good morning,

I can't seem to find where I customise customer received emails, for example orders placed.

I tried to find in administration>languages then make a search, e.g.

Your order has been processed successfully.


Can you point me in the right direction please.

Sure. Please go to Administration > Order Statuses in your store admin panel. Click on the necessary order status, e.g. Open. Change E-mail header and E-mail subject and save the changes.
